Suggest Cure For Lump On The Vaginal Wall

I have found a marble sized lump on the right hand side of my Vaginal wall. When I touch it it hurts and when I go toilet and wipe it by accident it hurts. It has been there for over 2 weeks now and I'm getting worried. When I feel it, it feels like it is attached to the skin, but it feels like a ball. Can you help?
