Suggest Cure For Lumps On The Vagina

hello im shannon im 14 and had unprotected sex for the first time last year in june and aftwards i felt burning during urinating i went to to the clinic and they booked me an appointment and i was to embarassed to go and the burning went away. Not so long ago maybe about 2month ago i noticed my discharge smelt and looked different, i do clean often. Now i've noticed these like lumps or spots on the outside of vagina they dont hurt, you cant pop them and they also dont itch.. they just feel huge but like skin? please help? i am going to go to family planning next wednesday but i just want to know what this could be? why? and what could happen, thanks for you help x
