My mother is 68 years old and she is having Diabetics,BP & Cholestrol since 1995. Now recently found that her Valves reducing and she is feeling difficulties for breathing.Doctors adviced cant do the surgery because of over age.So now we are in very sad situation and kindly advice the best way to get relief.er your health queries right now ? Detail.. As your mother has got so many ailments that are somehow related to each other.I can suggest nice diet plan for controlling diabetes,high cholestrol and B.P so she can manage to live a healthy life with prevention of further detoriating the heart and leg valves.
First I need to know some answers of questions mentioned below/
1.What is her weight
2.what is her height
3.what medicines she is taking right now
4.Is she vegetarian or non vegetarian
