i have a pain in throat when i cough and my voice had one and i took AZAX-500 .What food i have to take and Could i drink liquor when i took AZAX medicine how i have to use this medicine is there any side effect first time i am taking this medicine

I went through the history you have posted here. It seems from the history that you are having pain in throat and cough. You are on treatment with Azax 500 mg, it is a antibiotic in the form of Azithromycin and it needs to be taken one tablet daily once after food for three days.
Along with this tablet decongestants, mucolytics, anti-tussives and anti-inflammatory drugs are required for symptomatic relief.
Use of salt water gargling will help in this condition.
Hence you need to consult your ENT doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
