Respected Doctor:
This is in regard to my son. He is 3 years 10 months. He ususally gets heat boils on the top of his left eyelid.. This is going on from past few months. It either occurs on the right upper eyelid or left uppereyelid. Can I know what is the prob. thanks in advance
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent heat boils appearing above the eyelids which occurs when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. It could be due to hair follicle infection by bacteria leading to foliculitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin from your face. Apply clindamycin gel at night. If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin. You should go for chemical peeling and laser therapy. Drink plenty of water. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. Take diet rich in fruits , green leafy vegetables and salad.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
