hi! good day! i just had my x-ray result yesterday and it shows that i have suspicious minimal kochs infiltrates and pnuemonitis, not specific.. what should i do.. please help me.. its giving me a lot of stress.. can i still work even if i have this illness? i just got hired but i dont think they would hire me in this situation of mine? please help me relieve my anxiety..thank you

Good day to you too.Firstly pls do not panik, kochs is a completely curable diseased. very easy treatment.
Firstly the diagnosis can seldom be made on just looking at the Xray, there are other things to look at like evening rise of temperature, recent weight loss, family history, workplace history and the most important thing is sputum examination.
sputum examination is the most important tool in diagnosing tuberculosis.
so pls get ur sputum evaluated for AFB
and ya ppl dont need to know ur disease untill u r keepin good contact precautions
