Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach

hi, this morning while standing in line to get lunch my stomach starting hurting all of the sudden then starting seeing black spots all around me, felt like i was gonna pass out, i ran to the bathroom and ended up vomiting. I ve been weak ever since and can barely walk, and my stomach hasn t stopped hurting. i can feel everything spinning around me even when laying down, also been shaky all day. should i be concerned? should i head to the ER?

Yes, if I were your family physician, I would definitely advise you to report to the ER of your nearest hospital where a physical examination along with the related investigations could be done to rule out any kind of intra abdominal pathology requiring urgent treatment. Till that you might go for an anti emetic and an antispasmodic for a symptomatic relief only.
