Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach

i am having severe stomach cramping and much gas resulting in pooping liquids for the past 2 days. I threw up on Friday all day liquid. I had not eatean anything in 48 hrs until dinner yesterday which was canteloupe and a very small amount of ice cream, serving size. help This is extremely painful like an ulcer or sometning

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute gastritis or food poisoning or intra abdominal pathologies like cholecystitis or appendicitis or anaemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Use tablet Ondansetron twice a day for five days.

Drink liquids if necessary. Symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
