i havnt eaten or drank for 2-3 days for 2 days ive had orange diarreah but its all mushy its like ive vommited orange sick from my bottom ive been getting dizzy and yesturday i slept all day ive been getting really tired what shall i do

You may be suffering from gastroenteritis or food poisoning or food intolerance or bacillary or amoebic dysentery.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Drink plenty of water and ORS liquids. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
