Suggest Cure For Skin Infection

hi, I have a skin problem with my hands and feet. I get these pustules scattered on my hands and feet that will settle into dark brown spots then begin to dry and peel. My skin gets very tough and itchy, also ugly and red. What could this be. I've been dealing with this for years and it's getting more than frustrating.
It comes and goes; but on a too frequent basis. Please help.

It could be chronic folliculitis. For this condition, you should take antibiotics according to the pus culture and antibiotic sensitivity reports. Please do consult your Family Physician/Dermatologist.
