General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the upper and middle abdomen that makes it hard to breathe and causes back pain too particularly on sleeping.
This indicates that there is some problem in the back part of the abdomen or the lungs.
This can be due to gastric ulcer or pancreatitis or any organ problem at the back of the thorax or abdomen.
I would advise you the following:
Contrasts enhanced CT scan of the abdomen can help to get the reason.
Upper GI endoscopy.
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon.
Once get diagnosed , get treated.
