Suggest Cure For Stomach Ulcer

I have a stomach ulcer , and I am in the process of getting a new health card so I havent been able to see a doctor. But it is getting so hard to bare with i bought some Zantac ,...doesn t seem to be helping at all. In fact my nausea and dizziness has only gotten worse

Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I hope that you must have been diagnosed your stomach ulcer by upper GI endoscopy.

Means he diagnosis requires a Upper GI Endoscopy and Biopsy to test for the presence of ulcer or any bacterial growth.

So you will need to do two things,

1. Take Triple Therapy - Consult your doctor for the same. An endoscopy must be repeated and tested for ulcer healing before starting the therapy.

2. You must cut down on spices, soft drinks, alcohol and smoking (If you take). You must eat on time.

Usually erosions may take anywhere between 3 - 6 weeks to completely heal.

For nausea and dizziness,you can take anti-emetics like domperidone and antihistamines like betahistine.

Your will know about it and can prescribe you.
