Hi, I , since a few years have developed swelling / pouch under my eyes, even though I have my complet sound sleep also there are white / yellowish patches , which I am given to understand are accumulation of clostero Please suggest an effective treatment. Thanks. Baljeet S Puri.

yes you should go for serum cholesterol and lipid profifile. if in higher side can take statin tablet. pouch under eye are acumulation of fluid since they are loose adipose tissue. it is not related tosleep. maximum you can go for renalprofile.
