The best diet is one that is low in cholesterol but has plenty of lean protein and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Foods with high fiber can help with your cholesterol. Low salt is good for your blood pressure. Eating less carbohydrates will help with losing weight and with the fatty liver so avoid sugars and starchy foods like rice, bread, pasta and potatoes. It does not mean that you eat no carbohydrates, just a very small amount with each meal. Keep up the walking, that is excellent.
