Suggest Diet And Method To Gain Weight

eagerly wanting to gain weight bad....
hello, I am a 32 yr old AS female with two boys ages 13 n 2. after I had my second child a got s little bigger I was around 115. I hv been stressing a lot and now I am doing better with that. I. currently weigh 100lbs 5'4 and I am trying to gain atleast 20-30lbs, I hv seen a Dr n she said I'm fine, no thyroid issues or etc. I am wondering if there is something I could do to gain weight. I just bought some endure plus, n some weight gain shake n rice milk from the health food store hoping they will help me. I was also told to exercise but what for I'm not tryin to lose weight. can u gv me an example of a specific daily meal plan that I could eat? is there any type of meds that a Dr can prescribe me to help me with gaining weight n my appetite? I dnt eat wen I'm stressing or not hungry. if so Wat are they I was told that pericatin antihistamine helps with weight gain but my Dr wnt gv it to me . plzzzzz help me

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum.

I will suggest you to adopt natural way of weight gain. Do regular half an hour exercise, yoga , meditation with balanced diet including more protein, vitamins, green leafy vegetables, milk, egg, fruits and juices.All these will take quite long time to so the result but this is the best way. There will be no side effects or any harm in this way of gaining weight.If you opt for medication not only they are harmful, also they have lot of unwanted side effects.Lastly increase your protein intake,like egg, milk,fish,chicken,cheese,nuts,soyabeans,black gram,.etc.

Please don't take any medicines to increase weight.
