hi welcome to HCM. i understand your concerns. i would suggest the patient to have light and easily digestible foods like idly, oatmeal ,kichidi, chapati, broken wheat upma,green leafy vegetables,soups,pulses,beans. avoid spicy and oily foods, fatty foods,junk foods,deep fried foods, sweets, soft drinks. have plenty of water to hydrate the body continuously. avoid non vegetarian food for a week.hope i have answered your question if you have further questions i will be happy to help
