I'm 21 years old, height- 5.4", weight 42 kg, very thin personality. i dont feel to eat more while having lunch or something.. i usually feel nausea while having early morning breakfast, lunch etc..I want to improve my personality, and so want to be little more fatter... whatr should i eat or what exercise should i do?I'm a pure vegetarian.
The early morning nausea may be related to reflux so you can consider treating this with lifestyle changes and medication.
The use of a multivitamin particularly one with the b vitamins would help to improve your appetite.
The increase your weight you would need to increase your calorie intake by doing the following: (1) increase the frequency of your meals, this means using high calorie snacks between meals (2)increase the portion sizes of the meals (3)also increase the calorie value by adding butter/oils etc to the meals
Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum Vegetarian/not does not matter for gaining weight. Start having balanced diet with one cup of sprouted pulses daily along with regular exercise. Do this for 03 months continuously to get positive results. All the best. Age also determines the weight. You will gain weight as you get older. SO, do not worry.
