Give 150 ml of milk with protein contained powder and pieces of almonds/apricot in the morning. After one and half hour, give fresh fruits. After 2 hours, give full dish lunch. Give everything which is made for family members. It is necessary to sit your kid with family members during lunch time. Around 4 o’clock, give him salads and fruit juices alternatively. After 2 and half hours, give different types of vegetable soups. In dinner, do same like lunch by giving all the things which is made for family members.
