Suggest Diet For Overcoming Weakness After Hysterectomy

Hello Doctor my aunt is recently went through a Hysterectomy (removal of ovary, uterus& fallopian tubes) her gynecologist is on leave & she is getting few spotting after that surgery & feeling too much weakness can u recommend any food or juices or anything which can help her to over come her weakness & for her swift recovery. (age:48, height 5 ft & weight:55)

She need to take good protein avoid rice or juices as they cause gas. Give her soya milk, buttermilk . make her eat fruits once a day mandatory. Give her small and frequent meals. Give her coconut water to avoid potassium losses. Can give her paneer , tofu or soya sabji. Include dal in one of meals. If motions normal than give her milk. Provide puffed rice or brown bread sandwich as fillers.walk or small exercise for 40-45 mins Will
