hi, I am 15 weeks pregnant, 1.74cm tall and weight 77.5kgs. I am already overweight I know, but don't want to gain anymore excess weight and now that the morning sickness has passed can eat more variety (including healthy). What sort of calorie intake should I be aiming for so that I continue to healthily gain wieght but not excessive?
During pregnancy u need good nutrition as ur weight is more u need to take care . have more of protein rich diet lots of vegetables and fruits For vitamins and minerals. Have milk twice a day have curds and buttermilk for lunch take sprouts for breakfast have channa murmura for munching. Try to eat small and. Frequent meals take fruits they help u to get energy. Have salads twice. a day lot of water. Avoid outside an djunk food. Don't eat fried foods. Have simple foods avoid butter or cheese can have home made ghee. Restrict oil intake no aerated beverages. Can take 2-3 almonds and 1 walnut. Have good sleep. Drink lot of water . can have lemon water and coconut water avoid juices. Which week of pregnancy you are.
