I am currently suffering from piles and wonder what changes i should make to my diet : Breakfast:5eggs,oats,broccli,carrot and a banana Meal 1:fish and wholegrain rice Meal s2+3grill chicken brest and wholegrain pasta Meal 4:wholegrain brown bread and tin of tuna and cottage cheese I also try to drink plenty of water but my stools still seem to be quite large As you maby able to tell i lift weights and play a lot of sports
U increase your fruit content don't take pasta or bread. Too much of protein also causes constipation. Reduce your protein intake.more of veggies and salad. Consult dietician for proper diet planning
