Sir, I'm a boy of 16 & have started gyming since a month.but still i could find much difference in my body weight.My weight is 55 kgs & i would like my body to gain some more weight.So what sort of stuff is required for me to gain weight?What diet i should follow to gain weight?And Ya please avoid non-veg food.
eat protein nourished foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake. Add jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee. take diary product like milk,yogurt,chesse,butter etc. Add banana and tuber vegetables.
This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight. as you work out in gym needs more calories than your routine calories. to compensate that you need to take additional calories. consult a nutritionist and dietician for proper advise to gain weight.
