I am 24 years old male, height 5.5 feet and my weight is 47 kgs. As per BMI scale I am underweight. I need to gain weight 10-12 Kgs. I am a student by profession. Can you please help in prescribing a diet plan so that I can gain weight.
Increase Your weight by healthy diet. In your breakfast Take whole milk. Eat egg that increase Your weight faster.Don't Eat more than 1 in number. Take dry fruits also.Take one banana with milk.
In lunch you can take multigrain roti . Eat rice also.Soyabeen also use in diet. Take green vegetables and fress fruits.
Make a food that have strong smell so add herbs ,tummy tumbling etc .It increase Your appetites also.
Eat small quantity but frequent that help you to increse your weight. Avoid junk foods. Sleep 8 hour regularly. Don't take stress.
