Suggest Diet Plan To Lower SGPT And Cholesterol Level

Hello Doctor my age is 27 and my SGPT is 101 I am taking medicines to reduce that but my doctor gave me medicine for cholestrol as I have 245 level.Please advise how I reduce this level fruits and vegetables.And can I take cholestrol reducing pill side by side

You can lose weight with a healthy diet and high intensity exercises. Take low carbohydrates, high proteins, low fats. Have more vegetables and fruits.go for 45min cardio exercises like brisk walking, running, swimming 6 days per week, do strength training 5 days a week.
I shall give you a sample diet:
Early morning 1 cup of green tea.
Breakfast: oatmeal or brown bread with veggies or egg white omlette, idli with sambar.
Mid morning snacks: 1 cup of fruits.
Lunch: 1 big bowl of raw salad, 1 glass of butter milk,1 cup of brown rice with dal and mixed veg curry, or 2 chapati,
Evening: 1 cup of sprouts
Dinner: soup and salad
Avoid food after 6pm.aviod sweets, junk foods, deep fried foods.
Take plenty of water .
