Its good that you wish to reduce your weight and wish to take initiative for that.
Its important that whatever you decide to do reduce weight you have to be consistent in that.
Self controlled diet and moderate exercise is very important for loosing weight.
Meanwhile also get your thyroid study done because
hypothyroidism can also cause to put on weight without reason.
If your thyroid study comes normal then you need to cut down on foods like- junk food, colas, fried food, canned and packed food.
Try to include more of natural food stuffs like fruits, vegetables and lean chicken and fish.
Moderate exercise 2 or 3 times a week will be good to start with like walking, jogging or any sport you like.
Also increase your water intake as it will also help to keep you hydrated and help remove excess toxins from body.
