Hi there..

Any aim to lose weight is incomplete without an exercise plan.
Regular exercise 30 minutes a day five days a week is a must to help in weight loss.

Have smaller frequent meals which will improve your metabolism.

Avoid high calorie food like sweets, deep fried food, oily food etc.

Include well balanced meals with cereals, pulses, nuts, fruits and vegetables.

Have warm water at regular intervals. Warm water helps in digestion.

Avoid drugs and medication to lose weight.

Do consult a doctor and a dietitian to help you further.

Other medical causes like depression, thyroid disorders , endocrine disorders need to be ruled out first.

Hope this information was helpful to you .

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
