Suggest Diet Plans After Recovering From Hepatitis B During Pregnancy
Hi Doctor, I am 35 year old and pregnant for 33 weeks now. I was diagnosed with Hepatitis E on 23th Nov'11. I was admitted to the hospital. Now I am recovering bit by bit. I want to know what types of food, I can eat to recover soon.
Have more of carbohydrates don't take much fat. Avoid outside eating as it can cause infection. Take fruits twice a day. Can take sprouts for breakfast. Take skim milk twice a day. Can take curd or buttermilk. Don't take fried foods. Avoid groundnut or coconut. Can take normal food like dal rice veggies chapati. But oil should be less. Ahvw salads after proper washing. Take puffed rice and channa. As u need good nutrition for growth of baby. Wash your hands before eating. Can have sandwiches without butter or cheese. Drink good amount of water. Take coconut water. Should have small and frequent meals.consult dietitian with your details
