Suggest Diet Plans For Arthritic Knee And Tear In My Cartilage
Hey! I ve knee pain and the problem is a tear in cartilage and arthritis in the knee too as i learned from a recent MRI and X-ray! I m in my early 30 s, keen cyclist and rower so I ain t getting a knee replacement to sort the arthritis but I will have the arthroscopic surgery to fix the cartilage!! My question is how do I help the situation in other ways? I see mentioned high calcium and high Vitamin B12 and 6! Would you recommend a diet on good quality proteins and dark green veg! Any solutions or good ideas on a healthy fix? Thanks
