Suggest Diet Plans For Low Energy

I am 21 years old and I ve been masturbating for 3 yrs...now my health is very poor...I always feel very low on energy , poor concentration on studies , muscular pain , tired legs....I also have a very low appetite... I am working on my habit of masturbating to lose it...but I also need some advice on my diet and some suggestions like what to do and what not to do.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having generalized weakness and deficient in B.complex, multivitamin and Iron supplements.
Take high protein diet, green veggies, dry fruits and fresh fruits.
Take Iron, multivitamin supplements.
