General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for the raised liver enzymes.
The raised enzymes are indicative some sort of liver problem either it could be due to alcohol induced, liver disease like fatty liver itself, or could have been caused by medications (anti-thyroid) used to treat hyperthyroidism.
First of all you must avoid taking alcohol (if you do so), avoid taking fatty meals, fast and junk foods, smoking, etc.
Eat home cooked healthy diet (vegetables cooked in less oil), increase the intake of fruits, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.

Besides, kindly consult your treating physician to review the prescribed anti-thyroid medications as sometimes they are also responsible for the liver injury resulting in raised enzymes. Your physician might use an alternative but a safer remedy for hyperthyroidism.
Hope this answers your query
