Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. You should have a healthy diet which should be rich in vitamins and minerals. Avoid non-veg as it can cause infection. Have skim milk twice a day. Have egg white daily. Take curd and buttermilk daily. Have sprouts in breakfast. Have salad twice a day. Fruits should be taken on regular basis. Take channa murmura. Include soya milk or soya products in your daily diet. Can include paneer twice a month. Avoid juices. No outside food. Walk 40-45 minutes as it will increase hunger. Have small and frequent meals. Enjoy eating. Have balanced diet take complete meal like dal, rice, vegetables, and chapati in major meals. Consult dietician for your height and weight.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
