sir i am sud, 25 year old, 59 kg weight, height 177, sir i want to gain my weight. i try it from long time but fail. i used 4 differnt suppliment of proteen. i start gym from yesterday. i start banana shake in morning of 500 ml milk with 3-4 banana+ 3-4 badams. i take my lunch at 12:30 pm and dinner at 09:00 to 10 pm. after use banana shake after three to four hrs i have to toilet. what happan. can i gain weitht. tell me dite chart with time and articles in dite. my confifence level is going down day by day. i am so depress because of my weight. please tell me all the way food as well as medicine. thanks in advance.
