Hey,I'm 17, my height is 157cm,but I weigh 61-63 kg. I need to increase weight by 10 kg. But Due To the School Hours I cannot manage my Diet Properly. But I'm Trying To Adjust it ! Can u Suggest Me a Diet or Something Or a Daily Plan Which Would Help ME ??

ACCORDING TO HEIGHT AND AVERAGE WEIGHT YOUR BMI SUGGESTS YOUR NORMAL,IF YOU GAIN 10 KGS YOU WILL BECOME OVERWEIGHT.
Consume healthy balanced diet.
Eat variety of cereals,healthy proteins, minimum of 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day.
Enjoy small quantities , Avoid bakery products, fried foods. Eat healthy fats like olive oil, Nuts , cheese,rather than consuming butter, cream.
