Hi- I am inquiring information in regards to a little weight loss. Im 52, in menopause since 47 ( no meds only vitamins) I am a runner and recently doing Crossfit-to help recent 10lb gain. Im at 124 at 5ft 4 inches and have always weighed 114. I eat practically gluten free, no red meat or pork only chicken, fruit ,veggies. My clients are speaking a lot of HGH and HCG, I have every intention to get this 10-12 off but want to make an educated decision-any suggestions
No need for any kind of diets. Why gluten free diet. For weight loss it is not necessary to have gluten free. For weight loss have high fibre Low fat low carbohydrates diet. Include more of salads, sprouts, fruits and channa murmura in your diet no yolk or red meat. Chicken or fish in tikka or grilled form. No fruits in evening no juices. Small and frequent meals have 7-8 mmeals per day. Have lots of water. Take curds and buttermilk daily . use skim milk. Don't include fried foods. Avoid simple sugars. Walk daily 40-45 mins. Include rice in morning not in evening.
