weight loss can be achieved by a healthy and balanced diet and regular physical activity.
shall give you a sample diet plan;
early morning 1 cup of green tea.
breakfast; 1 cup of oats with milk and banana or 2 idli with sambar or broken
wheat upma
mid morning snacks; 1 cup of fruit salad.
lunch; salad, dal,rice,brown rice or chapathi, curd,boiled vegetables
evening snacks; 1 cup of sprouts
dinner; soup , 1 chapathi with sabzi.
go for cardiovascular exercises like brisk walking,swimming,runningfor 45min 6 times a week.
have plenty of water.
