Suggest Diet Plans To Lose Weight

i am on vacation with my bf, i use to not eatting and being tired all the time. They cook everyday which is weird to me,..the first week I ate like so much food...and only 2 days I went above my diet goal and probaly hit 2000 calories. I am not sure from then Ive been eatting oatmeal in the morning, with a salad (no dressing), 1 peice of meat, lunch is also a salad with some type of meat, and a boiled banana. I snack on salads and fruit. Every four days I might eat something sweet, but its never anything big. I wait until 9m to eat dinner with them which is a salad, meat, and half a sweet potato or a banana. I weighed myself and I gained 15 lbs....Im shocked. I do not look like I gained an ounce. Whats happening here...

Tricky.
first it is hard to count calories if one is not making the meals.
second the amount of activity probably PLUMMETTED on vacation
third.. the scale might not be reliable.
In general eat less, exercise more.
This involves counting calories with weight in pounds x 10 being the approximate amount one loses daily not counting exercise
which adds an additional 100 to 600 calories per hour.
and 4000 calories is a pound (in or out).
15 pounds would be an additional 60000 calories. Unlikely.
this might be a helpful book on the psychology of food addiction and a humorous (but true) way of overcoming it by writing in the book and reselling it to others. Putting YOUR ego out there in public is a strong influencer on behavior.
