i am on vacation with my bf, i use to not eatting and being tired all the time. They cook everyday which is weird to me,..the first week I ate like so much food...and only 2 days I went above my diet goal and probaly hit 2000 calories. I am not sure from then Ive been eatting oatmeal in the morning, with a salad (no dressing), 1 peice of meat, lunch is also a salad with some type of meat, and a boiled banana. I snack on salads and fruit. Every four days I might eat something sweet, but its never anything big. I wait until 9m to eat dinner with them which is a salad, meat, and half a sweet potato or a banana. I weighed myself and I gained 15 lbs....Im shocked. I do not look like I gained an ounce. Whats happening here...
