Hai,
ESR is a prognostic test . It is not used to diagnose a specific disorder.

This test can be used to monitor inflammatory diseases and auto immune disease and infections etc

Since only with the symptom Itching and ESR level we cannot conclude with any disease

As we need to fix your mother problem . after that we can recommend certain food to follow.
There is no such foods which decreases ESR.
kindly visit your physician to to rule out the cause whether it is any skin disease or systemically involved problem.
