i am currently 19 years old and i want to loose my extra fat for this purpose 3 days back i have joined swimming classes and today i have also joined GYM classes but i dont know the exact type and amount of diet that i have to take... so plz suggest me some kind of regular diet chart so that i can follow that diet chart and make my body fit and in shape also...
Swimming is excellent just increase the intensity/ speed and slowly the distance. If you want to reduce fat - 80% of the battle plan is diet & 20% is exercise!
Simple but effective diet - 25% carbs (complex carbs like lentils, rajma, chole), 40% protein, 30% fiber, 5% fat.
