hi dok.. i would like to ask .. my ESR are 80 before and my last check up was down to 17...im just curious..because i feel pain in my foot specially if i stand more hours....
wht vitamins i can take??
what food should i will not to eat
and what fruits i will nedd to eat.....

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that ESR is indication of some illness and mostly it indicates the chronic illness so treating the underlying cause is important one can not directly try to bring the ESR to normal level, neither any thing are there for this, more over the value of ESR greatly varies with the age and gender which are absent here, have a nice day.
