Welcome to HCM Hello, weight of a person should be according to the height and age Injection ,tablets to increase weight are very risky as they contain steroids and other harmful chemicals which can cause lots of health problems so it is advisable not to take them You can increase your weight by 1.Taking protein rich food 2.Participate in a balanced mix of cardio, weight training, and flexibility exercises every day. 3.Dietary supplement 4. Balanced diet 5.Increase liquid intake If you are healthy and don't fall sick frequently then you should not worry to much about your weight Thank you Dr.Krupa
