sir i m 19 male.... in summers my diet decreases to a very less quantity....actually my hunger level is always ok before meal...but i cant eat more then 1 chappati...or half burger and all others solid meals... i never face any problem during liquid food... my weight is just 50 kg ang my bmi is 15.8 plz sugggest something since i cant take liquid food everytime since i live in hostels...:( thanks..
Hello Welcome here. It is normal to have decreased appetite in summers. As your weight is less, you should eat high calories foods. You can take dryfruits like cashewnuts and almonds. These have high calorirs. If you take fluids, you must take milkshakes especially banana. You can also take eggs. Lime water can keep your energy levels good. In solid food, if you can not take chapati, you can eat sweets. Yoi can choose diet according to taste. Hope this helps. Thanks.
