Suggest Diet To Avoid High Blood Sugar

I am having diabete since 2010. Ihave been taking Glimisave M1 twicea day and Roseday once a day. My Blood Sugar fasting was 140 and Post lunch 170. Please advise me the type of food I should take. These days I have not been going for mornign walks.

You have not mentioned your age , life style, your blood sugar level ?
Anyway ,you need not worry . You can take 2nd opinion from COMPETENT doctor .
