Suggest Diet To Be Taken After Suffering With Food Poisoning

hi doctor had a kind of food poisoning (i think)due to travel and lot of outside food - mainly meat. Now the loose stools have stopped but body still feels hot, stomach is still feeling odd and very weak. Its like body is repelling.
What should i eat, even eating feels odd

Hello,
Its good that diarthea has stopped now...first of all, don't eat anything from outside.Eat home made food only...You also need to take plenty of fluid including lemon water, glucose water or any kind of fresh fruit juice...Take light diet frequently, so it will not burden your intestine more...
So all and all, you must take enough fluids containing glucose, salt and electrolytes....start with light diet for 2 to 3 days and then continue your daily routine diet...But remember, not to eat outside food...
