Suggest Diet To Follow To Reduce Potassium Levels

Hi, my name is Sharon and I am a type two diabetic (diet controlled as I am intolerant to diabex) I have had sever headaches on and off now for about a year. recently I have had a test and have found I have a very high possasium level and will also need glasses due to the diabeties. I am 45 years old and am wondering what food besides bananas in which I love is rich in potassium as I would like to alleaviate these symptoms so I can study properly and work safely with others.. thank you

U need to have low potassium foods to reduce levels. Don't have coconut water. Also no coconut. Don't have sweetlime or sweetlime juice . have lot of water to reduce . don't take too much of Dal's. Can take orange as it has low potassium. Don't take juice of any fruit as it increases sugar. Avoid khoa or sweets. No honey ,jaggery or sugar. Don't take too juices fruits to reduce sugar. Have small and frequent meals. Take salads twice a day. Sprouts also have good quantity of Potassium so avoid. Green leafy vegetable boil before using to leach potassium.
