Suggest Diet To Gain Weight And Muscles

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am 5.5 feet tall with 58 Kgs. I love to build my body and muscles. I workout every 4 days a week. I can't cook and eat as I am out of my native. Would you suggest me the diet to gain weight along with good muscles?

Your weight s little less like 3-4 kgsu can gain. It should be muscle mass not fat. Take more of protein rich diet. But it should be natural diet no supplements. Enjoy milk twice a day.if non vegetarian take daily 2 egg whites .can ave chicken soup or grilled or bakes or roasted chicken thrice a week. Can take sprouts for daily breakfast. Can enjoy curd buttermilk dialy with lunch have salads also as fiber also important. Take dal twice a day. Have roasted channa and murmura as evening snacks.prefer soya sabji.less of oil or fat. Enjoy paneer without oil in tikka form.
Walk 40-45 mins daily./consult dietician with your routine to counsel better
