Suggest Diet While On Advocare 24 Day Challenge To Help For Fatigue
I am on day 7 of the advocare 24 day challenge, the first three instruct me to drink a fiber drink once right away in the morning . i do this for the first three days and then i get a break for three days. I noticed on day 3 that i was exsausted but day 4 seem to be back as normal. now today i started with the fiber drink again and about 1:00 today I had to lay down because I was so exausted. I heard this is normal during any type of cleanse program but is there maybe a food i might want to eat more of to help with the fatigue Iam experienceing.
Have you ever thought that Advocare may be the reason for your fatigue and the remedy is not to partake in such a program?
As far as cleansing, that is what your liver, kidneys are for. I realize there is supervised cleansing programs out there and I will not comment on those.
Fiber should be slowly incorporated into your diet with adequate fluid and to dysregulate your bowels by providing fiber and then not providing fiber - this may cause the bowels to eventually rebel and absorption may be affected as well
What you are doing to yourself is causing your problems so I would advise you if you were my patient to find a more realistic, biochemically sensible way to accomplish your health goals.
