Suggest Dosage For Calaptin

Doc tor advised me to take calaptin 80 1 tab twice daily in the month of january,2015 due to itegular heart beat. Now i am not feeling that type of problem. Now question is how long i have to that medicine. Is there is any side effect if i take tahat medicine for longer period
