Suggest Dosage For Clomipure, Normoz And B-long F

Hello sir, My wife 25 yrs old. we r trying for a baby since last two years. My wife period routine is 27-32days Hormones test and ultra sound was at fertility center. They found PCOD . The prescribed the following tablets 1. Clomipure(2nd to 5th day)2. Normoz(whole month)3. B Long F tablets( whole month). kindly reply us the usage of these tablets.

Tab Clomipure 50 mg once a day for five days from day 2 to 6 of the cycle.

Cap NORMOZ once or twice a day. 30 minutes before meals.for 30 days.

Tab B LONG F one at night time or 30 days.

I usually suggest lifestyle modifications for PCOS cases.
I will suggest indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.
Have adequate water intake , say 8 – 10 glasses per day. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.Avoid substance abuse, if any.
