Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am starting Garcinia Cambogia today along with Pure Cleanse. I am trying to figure out what dosage for both I should be taking. Upon searching the net there are many different dosages you can start at. Same goes for the Pure Cleanse. How much, what time of day, though I would guess the cleanse is taken at night. #SAFEMEDICATING Thanks.....Sue Taylor
These are not regulated medications. Every study looking into non-FDA regulated health products have found that most/nearly all are not even close to what they say they are. Often prescription drugs are put in. Often other ingredients and not what they say it is is put in. Let us assume it is exactly what it is supposed to be. They don't do stability/absorption/expiration date testing. So, any answer on this is kidding ourselves. Doing a cleanse with just foods is more reliable. Vitamin deficiencies (of b vitamins) might occur in as little as one week. Vitamins are a bit more reliable than other health products and would allow a longer cleanse duration (hydration is an issue if not taking any water in 1-3 days).
