hi my name is chris my doctor told me to take folic acid tablet 500mcg I have accidently bought megafol folic acid tablet 5mg how many of these should I take. the 500mcg tabs I have been taking I a day if the 5mg is greater am I ok to take one a week. Hoping you can answer me. thank you chris
